I believe every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and safe. Our schools should reflect the brilliance of our communities and prepare students for life, not just tests. Public education must be rooted in equity, led with transparency, and grounded in love.

Community
Our kids are our community. Schools should reflect the brilliance of our neighborhoods. We must engage in ways that build public trust through transparency, collaboration, and listening to those closest to the challenges. When we move together, we move forward.
The sunflower is a symbol of inclusion, especially for those with hidden disabilities. Accessibility means breaking the stigma and ensuring all students, including those who need extra support, can thrive. Everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued in our schools.
Accessibility
All children deserve the tools to thrive, no matter their zip code, background, or ability. I fight for fair funding, quality instruction, and early supports that make a lifelong difference. Equity means more than equal, it means just, responsive, and rooted in care.

Meet Commissioner Esposito
Ashley “Ash” Esposito brings the powerful perspective of a parent and advocate to her role as the first mom elected at-large to the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners.
